The new P W Gates site is nearly complete! With over 29 years’ in Welwyn GardenCity we are continuing to expand our business growth by moving from our oldHead Office at Swallow End into newly built premises, A1 Connect, situated in ColeGreen Lane, on the east side of Welwyn Garden City.
This relocation comes because of the company’s phenomenal growth over thepast few years and will give P W Gates an additional 70,000 Sq. Ft. of modernwarehousing and highly specified office accommodation. The expansion of P WGates into the new offices and larger warehousing facilities can readilyaccommodate the increase in client numbers and means the company can nowprogress further with its positive business plans for growth and development.

P W Gates wasdetermined to keep our plans on track even during Covid. The move is down tomany factors but increasingly the services we provide are in greater demand andnow need more space. We had outgrown our Swallow End premises so this moveis an exciting new expansion.”
Switching to A1 Connect will help P W Gates reduce their carbon footprint, due toenergy efficient lighting and the latest environmental technologies in itsconstruction.
A1 Connect is ideally located, being close to the A1(M), M25, M11, M1 and 26 milesto Central London. We have excellent access to our other sites in Welwyn GardenCity and Bedford, as well as close links to major customers and delivery points.
