We have recently invested in an in-line automatic shrink wrapper, this single integrated unit has combined multiple functions which means that the infeed, wrapping, sealing, and shrinking processes are all integrated into a single machine. The machine is designed to operate automatically, making it particularly useful for high-volume production maximising speed and efficiency.
An in-line feed system transports products into the wrapping area, then a sealing bar shrink film around the product, the product is sealed, and the shrink wrapper uses heat to shrink the film tightly around the product.
Our machine is designed to handle a variety of product shapes and sizes, and can be integrated with other packaging equipment, such as labeller’s, printers, creating a fully automated and synchronized packaging system.
