Delivering what we promise

June 2021

At the start of this year’s BSB season Conor will be ready with his new turnkey GP2 600 from Harris Performance. The bike has been designed, developed, and built by Harris; a Hertfordshire based race chassis specialist with over forty years in the industry.

Harris machines have a wealth of worldwide racetrack exposure, not only with their own product, but as supporters and technical partners to the leading motorcycle brands.

Conor’s bespoke Harris GP2 600 motorcycle is a combination of developed donor parts and newly constructed parts from Harris. The chassis is multi adjustable and has been developed and built using a combination of proven design and fabrication techniques, and some innovative processes. It has been designed to be a lightweight race bike but strong enough to withstand “a race episode”. Established desirable suspension, wheels, brakes, exhaust system, electronics etc. have been incorporated into the complete ready to go 2021 bike for Conor. Aesthetically the look and aerodynamic body work is the same as the Harris that finished runner up in the BSB GP2 Championship in 2020.

2021 will be a new challenge for Conor and his Team, staying at BSB, but they are moving from the production motorcycle based Superstock 600 series, and will be contesting the prototype GP2 class.

After his first shake down test Conor commented, “I had a great first test at Snetterton with the new bike and it’s fantastic to be out riding after such a long winter break, clocking up some valuable laps. I am now ready for the official BSB tests, there’s a lot to learn, but I am up for the challenge and I can’t wait to get stuck into the 2021 British GP2 Championship, with the support of the team at Harris Performance.”
